Quantock Energy & Environment (Qe²) was formed in 2004 by Dr Guy Hitchcock to offer environmental consultancy services to the public and private sector. Based in an area of outstanding natural beauty (the Quantock ANOB) we understand the importance of the natural environment and the need to respect it.

The focus of our consultancy support services is in the areas of sustainable transport, energy efficiency and renewable energy, and how these relate to the issues of local air quality management, climate change and the use of natural resources. These interrelated issues are at the core of our environmental philosophy, and are developing issues for both public sector and private sector organisations.
